Impact-driven, city-loving, knowledge-seeking, change-making, field-leading, careful-thinking, boundary-pushing. This you?

The team is growing and you should join us.

We have a number of projects spanning from research to delivery and are looking for a range of new team members to work on the implementation of innovative and inclusive approaches on these projects. Much of this work is driving super-mixing of uses in town centres, cultural infrastructure or city-wide transformations.

At one end this involves participative research methods and citizen science. At the other end we’re advancing a pipeline of cultural, learning and workspace delivery projects. We’re growing our team through two urban research positions and an architectural designer with a passion for delivering community-focused and sustainable built projects.

“We have seen that our project development and participation processes allow many voices to contribute to shaping the places where we work. You can join us and add your voice too.”
Cat Mullan, Head of People

Equal opportunities

We’re particularly interested in ensuring our enlarging team draws in different lived experiences. We are a majority-female practice co-led by a woman in a male dominated industry. We value the creative potential which individuals from diverse backgrounds, and with differing skills and abilities, bring to our practice and team. We recognise that women and Black, Asian and multi-ethnic groups are still under-represented in the professions that shape it. We want to help correct the bias in who gets to shape the places we live and work in.

We Made That is an equal opportunities employer, accredited as both London Living Wage and the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard employer.
